The position of work environment strategist is within the work environment & competence development unit, which belongs to the HR staff. The position can be located in Nyköping, Katrineholm, or Eskilstuna. The HR staff is responsible for the strategic work regarding labor law, competence supply, wage formation, recruitment, and work environment, and we have a close collaboration with the region's administrations and political leadership.

Your Responsibilities

You are a specialist in the work environment area and provide expert knowledge in the field. You offer advice and support, as well as training in work environment, health, work-oriented rehabilitation, and diversity. You ensure that routines, guidelines, and supporting structures exist so that the region as an employer complies with laws and regulations and develops working methods and processes in the area, among other things through assignments. The assignment also includes monitoring the external environment and collaborating with external actors. You cooperate with trade unions and conduct presentations for politicians and managers.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree in personnel/behavioral science or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
  • Training in the work environment area.
  • Several years of experience in strategic and operational work environment work.
  • Good knowledge of regulations regarding work environment, discrimination, and work-oriented rehabilitation.
  • Experience working in a politically governed organization.
  • Experience in collaboration.
  • Driver's license B is desirable as we travel within the county.

As a person, you are self-driven, have personal maturity, good communication skills, good collaboration skills, and are flexible and strategic.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
